    4. Reduce sidewalk speed slightly. (without this mod you backrun with speed of 205 and backrunsidestep with speed of 370. Very huge and unrealistic difference, backrunning and backrunsidestepping being just as hard irl. This fixes it.)

    This don't work.

I don't get it! Or perhaps this mod isnt' working for me. Should I try and start a new game or something to see the changes? Because as far as I can see, I walk and run slower than all the NPCs, and it's driving me nutso!!
I love to roleplay when I play my game, but my character is LITERALLY walking in slow motion, while everyone else walks past her like she's just standing around. This mod is placed all the way at the bottom of my load order--actually it's the last in my load order and i have no other mods like it in my list to changes the realistic movement.

Im a little confused on something. Desc says it modifies both player AND npcs, yet in game, the effect on NPCs is profound, but on the player? Not so much. All the global settings say NPC_, with a few exceptions.

What I am seeing in game, is NPCs are not moving very well, they shuffle along at a pretty slow clip. I just went through Unbound, new game, and, the effect on the stormcloaks movement was noticeable. I was able to take advantage of their slow and jerky movement in a number of ways. For example, it was fairly trivial to back-peddle and burn them, then easily retreat to the wood platform to recharge. I am torn between this being truth-in-television as they almost all had heavy 2h weapons, which would, in all fairness, slow anyone down. But Hadvar had trouble keeping up to me as well, and I had to repeatedly go back and trigger him to move along with me.

Another example, Sigrid in Alvors house got stuck on top of the stairs, and prevented her talk scene with Hadvar, Alvor and DB from playing out.

Does this... remove that frigging almost godlike reflexes of Magic AI NPC? I mean.. they can dodge everything instantly and backstep way too fast lol.

Something that this one does http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49808/? , if this includes it I can just remove that and keep this too :O

This looks really good. 2 Questions: Does this work with 360 walking animation? and, is this compatible with controllers?

It is compatible with controllers... I don't see any conceivable reason it wouldn't be. All it does is change the speed. As for the 360 animations... I think so? Probably would feel weird though, considering your "backward" speed would be used when your character is going "backward" towards the screen.

before this mod i used the console like this
    player.forceav speedmult 115
so i moved 15% faster than normal.
then i came back to 100% (speedmult 100), and then i installed this mod. Still i feel no difference between that and your 25% bonus. Is there a way to see if this mod works? I don't feel like walking faster, can i see somehow the speed i`m walking at?

The +25% is on "roleplay" walk speed. You are most likely running (not sprinting) and thus see no effect. Switching between walking and running can be done by pressing caps-lock.

i don't see why anyone would play the game while "walking", so this mod only decrease the "normal" speed by 7% (main feature)

to me, walking is the best way to enjoy and ''roleplay'' the game like the author said.... so next time keep your opinion to yourself.
