   A good house. Practical design and good location for interacting with nearby settlements.
   
   Suggestions... A way to walk to the riverside porch from outside. Also it could take a little cleaning with TES5Edit ("Set filter for cleaning", "Remove identical to master").

      I don't use TES5Edit ,and I probably won't update this old mod of mine anymore, but I'm glad you like it.

      My mistake about access to the porch... I missed the side plank, my followers found it.
      
      I tried several of your homes. All nice and simple and most important, practical.

   This looks pretty good, Nothing to fancy but at the same time, not too run down. I would like to see a picture of its marker on the map. Every house mod must have this to avoid conflicts. Thank you for your time.

      There is a picture of the map, the last one. The house is on the riverbank in front of Kynesgrove.

      I think the question is whether it's a Hearthfire buildable house, or if it's all done and move-in ready at download.
