Could you make a longsword version of this like the lost longswords https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26261 would really apreciate it thanks anyway even if you dont or cant keep up the great work
If I can a little advice. New version (repositioned sword) have pending translations. Good practice is to get rid of them by [Transform -> Apply] in NifSkope.
"adverse effects" I'm not exactly know what side effects it could have. But in conversation with meshes creators and in several guides that I read, it is recommended to proceed in this way.
first i thougt this sword is cool but at the same time a bit boring then i noticed somting really fun alteast for me once at school i made a sword from wood and your sword looks exactly like how i wanted my sword to look like in the end and i also noticed that alot of times i see your mods around an hour after it released i could be first commend or somting but at the beginning i thougt this sword was a bit the same compared to the rest untill i took a good look at it really a great sword
You seriously make the most beautiful effing swords. I really wish you did these at vanilla resolution so they would blend in better, but damn, are they beautiful!
You will have to find a darker cubemap, either from another mod, or by extracting one from the Skyrim - Textures.bsa, then replacing the Data\textures\cubemaps\nissibeach.dds with it.
You'll need a program to extract the .bsa archives (I use BSA Browser), extract the cubemaps, then copy over shinydull_e.dds (which is the one most vanilla weapons use).

Alacrity begins at 3:45 in the video
Mordant begins at 4:28
Thank you for the update.

Also, I like to keep the translations there so that if I ever go back and edit it again, I can see what I've already done.

I really like long two-handed handles and wide not too long blades.
Short handle and long blade, like in some other works, make the sword look too heavy at my opinion.
P.S.
The cross-guard design is really nice!
JK!
I've never used the toolset in my life.
