Figured it out, it only works if you are a male Nord. Awesome mod by the way, definitely endorsed!
EDIT: Also for those of you who are saying there is no sound folder in data, just create one and put the Voice folder in there as per the readme instructs.
dunno what to do, there is no sound folder in my skyrim folder, its data and there are mods and etc, also theese folders interface, strings, video, i dont know where to put that file, i tried everywhere and its just not working, can i get help?
No that's not my problem, i simply don't have the sounds folder in my skyrim game. I've tried verifying game cache on steam, and putting the folders several different places but nothing happens. I am a nord male with all 3 unrelenting force words.
