Just a friendly reminder to everyone - after installing this mod, you can further tweak any item's weight you want from inside the game using another mod called Customizable Weights. ______________ Kaemon Skyrim GEMS
I like this. At the moment I have followers to carry my loot for me, but I imagine this will add a more strategic edge to my gameplay when I ditch the followers the moment I can stand on my own two feet! Thank you. Endorsed!
I noticed that the weight of tanned leather was actually more than the green hide. I'm asking if that should be the case, or if it should be equal to, or less, than the source weight. For example Madmax said the buffalo hide he was working on green was 80lbs, but he made it sound like it would be much lighter when it was finished. He pointed out that he still has to remove flesh and fat. After that wet always weights more than dry, because of added water weight.
In my case my character was over encumbered, so I turned the pelts into leather. Instead of this making my character less encumbered, I noticed that she was MORE encumbered. I ask this because I did not understand why a bear pelt weighed less than the total leather it made.
Understand I am asking this is not to make a point, but to understand how it would be in the real world.
@ becauseIhadto: I've updated the mod to version 0.3. This latest version no longer changes anything besides the weight and worth of pelts and hides. This should improve compatibility!

Any possibility of exposing the prices please? I'd like to know what I'm tweaking so I can choose what to use.
Many thanks
