Its just a book that has some stuff you can do if you'd rather not have to make up things as you go while playing as a thalmor agent, sometimes structure is fun.

The book I made is on the dead Thalmor agent near that one Shrine of talos, you know the one. If you don't you should expore more, shame on you.
The secoond book is in the Thalmor Embassy on the lowest floor on a shelf a little higher than you can see so you're gonna need to jump. Its also just information but I like reading books because IMURSHUN. I also didn't write it, tis an acutal in game book but its in a place that most people won't have access to unless they go through the main storyline.

Have fun. If you like the mod, endorse it. I might make another Thalmor mod based on how much fun I have playing as a Thalmor and how many people would actually like more content. and if I get better with the creation kit, I spent a laughable amount of time learning how to make a book in teh CK because I am inept.
