Funny thing, I was thinking of a mod like this all week! Nice!
I was also looking for another mod that was somewhat similar to this, but I cant seem to find it. Supposed to add an ultimate end game boss, like the Ebony Warrior, but geared in Dragonbone
I was even thinking about adding such a thing into the game myself, having a long quest line you do through out the game, where you fight varying bands of parties equipped around a theme

All of them with good gear, upgraded and enchanted
With the last part being the end game, where you fight the Champion of Skyrim along with his aspects and a few creatures in a special Arena, giving the player a real test of their metal
I love challenging mods like this, the vanilla game can get much too easy at higher levels. I'll definitely come back and check this out when I level my character up a bit more.

First Try they killed me (No Healing)
Second time I got them (Healing)
I did use Enchanting (Fire Resist Ring + Amulet) = Rank 2
