Sadly this is very outdated for current versions of Legendary Cities. Since this was last updated several of the cities have been removed/moved/overhauled from the original design. this simply doesn't work anymore. Too bad, because I'd love to see an update!
This mod doesn't work with the modular version of Legendary Cities, it requires the all-in-one .esp as a master. Plus Legendary Cities and The Notice Board have been updated frequently since this mod came out. Shame, but unfortunately I can't use this.
Legendary cities got an update, for example in Vernim Wood the notice board is barely visible from under the ground. An update would be perfect. Thanks!
For the author if its possible to update this mod, its just some minor tweaks, specifically relocating the signs. The Legendary Cities updated to 3.0. However the only cities that were rebuilt were Blackmoor, Granite Hall, North Keep, Sungard and Vernim Wood. I can confirm that only signs affected are in North Keep and Vernim Wood and that they pass through items and floors. The other cities are fine.
For others feel free to correct me if I missed something as I only checked the rebuilt cities.

While building DynDOLOD. My workaround for now has been to to deselect this mod while building DynDOLOD (no biggie), but I was wondering if it's missing something. I must warn you that it could be on my side (I've got a mixture of different guides including STEP, Neovalen's and Explorers, so don't go in a wild goose chase on my part).
Anyway besides that small thing the mod works great, thanks ...
