Looks like it might occupy the same or an adjacent cell (so might impinge on Drem Filok). Since I found out that my crappy laptop can't hack the big castles I prefer, I've been looking for smaller, less resource intensive alternatives. This might fit the bill, actually. Going to check it out now.
you did a great job, is it possible to make a large house (with no floor) long, with a large hall (fire in the middle, 10 beautiful chairs + 1 big chair around pretty spaced (even bigger than the Hall companions), several pieces with a sleeping area (10 beds and a double bed), a relaxation area, a training area, a fence around the property to ensure his safety, this house should be in an isolated area. this giant will house the future headquarters of my little guild. I thank you in advance for your help.
The Displays for unique objects and armor's is Definately a good idea.

I tested it and everything works out fine. It's like a dova-clubhouse.The only improvement I see I s the vendor. His dialogue script is the rude, in a rush type . I want to kill him. Maybe make him not such a jerk. Otherwise, great abode!
