Yes you can! For me it's ok as long as you mention my name as the original author in the mod's description. I must inform you though that this mod contains some mod resources made by other modders. If your intention is to upload the mod on another site other than Nexus, you must ask for permission from the other authors too. The other authors that you must ask their permission are:

hmm having a problem extracting the files from the archives, when I went to unzip it it gave me a bunch of errors, and then I tried opening the .jpg files but they were 0k empty, nothing to display?
Yea all the files are giving me the same error, Unsupported Compression Method.
A nice example how NOT to post your mods/recources whatever on the Nexus. Just a tad more information and it would be o.k, but nothing at all but the obvious "hav' som' textschas" is just not o.k.
Did you make them yourself, are they an other authors work? Permissions etc etc. You get the idea.
