This is late af, but whatever. Honestly, no it's not. It's only required if you want fancy cape physics flapping around and if you want to see the armor from every direction. I don't even know why it's listed as a requirement.
Would download if not for the 360 Walk and Run Plus requirement. Newermind43, could you PLEASE make a version that does not require the 360 mod? I'm not just asking for myself; many others want this too.
Edit: If Newermind43 won't make another version, is this something I could do on my own through Creation Kit? Does anyone know how to do this?

you could download it and unzip the file use the SSE NIF Optimizer program on the file re zip it and use the add mod to special edition and i know it works cause i just did it
A lot of time passed, is there a fix for that? Really wish to see the additional plates and claws in 1st person, using the "light" version for a quick night walks to drink blood, and the heavy version (with plates) to whoop some asses in the daytime.

The only issues I see, is the stretchy part behind the upper arms, and those armor plates which don't seem to be visible in 1st person.
