  To change the world!
  I found myself using the same weapon and armor every time from the same mod, just because it had good stats. Now all items of the same quality and type will have very similar calculated stats with some randomness to not make the game boring.
  
  The higher the quality of the item in Skyrim, the heavier it is.
  
  This tool takes an approach to change item stats based on their materials.
  Material --> Weight --> Stats
  
  Everything is optional!
  You can add any mod, run the patcher and it fits in nicely with all the other items.
