I was intending on using this, since I also like the look of the Ash Spawn weapons. I was just put off by the fact that it didn't have an inventory mesh, as well as having the same enchantment description as the Staff of Magnus while actually spraying ash like it's supposed to.
I do not know if it has some offensive or strategic value, still, my first test confirms that it sprays some ashes as you mentioned Will trigger bounty and decrease your reputation if used on friendly NPC in towns.
But I love it as it is, I can see some utility to it by adding some special effects when doing screen captures. And it looks good. Endorsed!! I sent you 3 images if you wish to post them, at your discretion.
If you wish to expand this staff's abilities, I could see few possibilities; sneaking advantage and temporarily disabling unmasked foes by making them kneel down coughing. That will require some scripting I guess, but if you wanna some fun, this can be a great and rewarding challenge.
Hi, it was originally just a request for a staff with the ash spray effect. It will also do minor damage. The images look great, sorry I didnt see them earlier, I never seem to see new notifications. I think those are really good ideas however I am still a novice at scripting unfortunately. I might have a play around see what I can do. Thank you for the kind comments
