Adding this mod made EVERY skin texture blurry as heck, and after uninstalling it, all skintones are ghostly white and glowing... how the heck do I even begin to fix this?
Excuse my lack of experience in this kind of things, but you can tell me how to use this: i have toplace everything in the game directory? i have to run the game? this kind of suff please help me

There are Soooooo Discussions¹ and Guides² on the Steam Community boards, and so Many Videos on YouTube that give explicit directions on how to install specific mods or types of mods. Here’s a good place to start³.
This (he says whilst motioning to the Posts tabs for ALL the mods in existence) is NOT the place to drop a loaded, inane question like yours.
Do some reading.
BEFORE you ask a question, look at ALL the old posts for the mod to see if you can find if someone else has asked the SAME question, Then (before you post Any questions in the Mod's Posts boards) go to the Steam discussion boards and THERE ask your question.
If an answer is not forthcoming, Then you may post here.

You do not in fact get to lecture others on how and when to ask questions. Contrary to what you think, you are not the boss of anyone here. I would also submit that you don't have the first clue what it means to asked a loaded question.
Gods DAMN, I wish there was a version that added *less* hair colors. I love the 251 option for makeup, etc but going through all of those sliders for the hair is so painfully slow. I wish there were added options for 251 and 638 hair colors as well, instead of always 6580. x_x
Also....it seems to cause CTD every time I leave the character edit menu. Bummer.
EDIT: I think I found out what was actually causing the CTD, so never mind that. But less hair colors? Yeah, I stand by that. Having the option would be nice.
That means you have a load order issue. It's no different than when you have to move Diversity down toward the bottom of the load order to avoid seeing a Battle-born in blackface trying to order swords for the Imperial Legion.

I couldn't get the FoMod version or the Patcher to get the sliders to appear in game.

Vampire face would be dark with white body.
