Would it not be easy to make an optional version that says Over-Encumbered for those that prefere it, it should not be that hard now that you know how to do it. just a suggestion^^

Saying that carrying weight and carrying too much weight is one and the same IS absolutely weak minded.
As an old school D& player, I approve of this. Plus, it is proper to say "encumbered". Saying "over-encumbered" is like saying "over-exaggerated"; its weak minded.
Being encumbered would be like wearing heavy armor, which slows you down more than wearing light armor or no armor at all. It's basically just saying you have some difficulty moving.
Being over-encumbered is a more severe term implying that you are so restricted/ weighed down that you can barely move, never mind run.
However, it's your mod, you can do as you please. I just wanted to clarify.
