Exactly. I think this looks very much like a simple medieval manor house--just the sort you'd find in a village like Rorikstead. Goes well with Draig's fort. Very comfortable, but not over-large or elaborate, so it wouldn't step on Rorik's toes. Well done!
I'm sorely tempted to keep it installed but with ETaC it's sitting right on the wheat farm that hill uses. It is very well put together though, no needless flash.
My play through is starting/based there so was pleased to see this, looks amazing! Has everything you'd need without being overkill and still looks Rorikstead-rustic
I am having some intersecting issues however with "JK's Rorikstead", at the front left (smithing area) and JK's perimeter wall/extra gate. I'm also running 'Clear up your corpses,' which has a funeral pyre next to that gate as well but doesn't conflict your mod though.
I can fix it for my game in creation kit, just thought you should know.

If so, perhaps you could add 6 more mannequins, a decent amount of weapon racks, 2 College of Winterhold bookcases, a Hearthfire stove, beds for 2 kids, etc.
Not planning on adding any of those - perhaps some weapon racks near the forge. For some reason I had a hell of a time setting up weapon racks in the worldspace. Maybe its a bug.
Mannequins are also tricky just because there are buggy. People would have to download a 3rd party script from another mod/modder to fix em
Oh, Jaxonz Positioner doesn't work well for me, for some reason--I can set something in place and have it stay there, but the custom-placed items reset upon loading.
