The mod works perfectly... although a little too perfectly in my case. As a loyal legionnaire, I ended the civil war in favor of the Empire, but it resulted in the two Talos priests losing their stock of Talos blessings! Assuming this isn't b/c of disposition issues via RDO (the Talos priest in Windhelm doesn't seem to have the tone of dislike compared to Heimskr), it's a surprisingly nice, immersive touch to show the enforcement of the Talos ban.
Hey, I think this a really good idea for a small immersion mod. I was asking myself if there were possibly some priests that could be added as well..... so I went through the related page on UESP sorted by class (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Category:Skyrim-Priest).
I think Lortheim or Jora in Windhelm (Temple of Talos) could be added, though I do not know if that would interfere with the aftermath of the civil war in any way, but i don't think so because they even stay after the Imperials won.
Erandur in Dawnstar would be another candidate for Mara's Blessing.
Runil in Falkreath and Styrr in Solitude could also give you Arkay's Blessing.
Not saying you have to, but in my opinion that would make this excellent little mod more complete
This is actually a really good idea, but there's one hitch - Keeper Carcette is dead once you start the Dawnguard quest line; also, iirc, completing the Dawnguard questline eliminates the Vigilants (although that may be one of my encounter mods doing that). Maybe an version where you add an NPC to, say, the Temple of the Divines in Solitude for Stendarr?
If you're already in the temple of the divines you can just buy stendarr charms from the head priest there. He sells charms for every divine except talos. He's actually the only seller for a few of the charms like Julianos and Zenithar because as far as I could tell from googling, there are no temples for them in Skyrim.
I think I'm okay with eliminating the vigilants also taking out the specific stendarr merchant. You can call it immersive.
