It's a good idea, but if you want a high level set of weapons/armor for both light and heavy using characters, I don't care how much you limit Daedra Hearts, I can go slaughter a few dragons and beat the system entirely. Arrows would be a slightly harder problem, though. Unless you're running around in a massively gimped playthrough, potions will make you god damned OP (this is coming from someone who plays Skyre/Perma exclusively), bypassing the "cannot buy ebony ingots from vendors so I can make ebony arrows" issue. Dragonbone arrows!
All in all, I would label this personally as step one in part of a larger mod(s) that also seeks to stamp out Dragon part collecting and making magic farrrr more difficult to obtain. If I can't get ebony/daedric arrows, I can shove a fireball down your throat or stick you with dragonbone arrows. Stalhrim equipment is also a good substitute for those lacking Daedric.
I guess if said high level arrows and supplies are not on sale directly, it's already a lot better. If you have the smithing skill to craft dragon, that's the point of not having high level supplies for sale.
I use the mod that lets you pay blacksmiths to do smithing for you (and have to wait for it), so I either learn smithing or pay then to craft it, but at least they are not readly available on a shop.
Great mod! Just wondering but in the description do you "highly" recommend that mod or "hardly". Not sure if typo or you don't think mods are compatible?
I was wondering why there was no comments yet, guess what I am the first to find this gem! In fact it's so great you made it, will cut at least 2 mods from my game, that do almost the same. Thanks!
Edit: There was one identical to master record and you fowarded the Solitude fletcher investor perk fix from the USKP.
