Worked perfectly, and for Skyrim SE (AE), just manual download and put the .txt into the main folder with the exe.
Don't try to install with Vortex. It's unnecessary anyway, just a single text file that lets you reference a bulk order of console commands with just a single bat command.
will this conflict with the main quest, cuz as ive heard there are certain shouts that npcs will teach you, you wont be able to find some shouts on any word walls, so will this conflict with the quest?
No. Just remember to do only the amount of the shout they want you to. For example, when you learn Fus for Unrelenting Force, remember to only cast Fus and not the full Fus Ro Dah.
On another note I never got this mod to work so there's that.

i tried nexus mod manager and it does nothing it keeps saying
