   No sorry , i am not that far experienced with Physics ,those are only High Poly Models ,but someone have good Experience with Physics and Mesh ,could delete those stiff ones and mesh self Fibers on the end of the Flail.

   Do the fibers of the flail have physics support? Because, if so, that'd be absolutely amazing.
