Would it be ok if I changed gender to female or should I keep it male? just wondering. Also, where do I save it to?

Hey, really good save but I have one problem, when using this save I cant continue with the main story line.

  I don't see why it should not work. I tried this save several times over and it works just fine. Must be something with your game itself not the save.
