I think this would have been simpler if you had just placed [Keyword] CraftingSmithingSkyforge into the [Furniture] CraftingBlackSmithForge/CraftingBlackSmithAnvil. Making a crafting recipe for the 8 bolts would take about 2 minutes I think. I'm not sure if that was all you did, I only glanced at it. I may be wrong, perhaps this causes some errors I'm unaware of, but that is how I did it.

It isn't possible (as far as I know) to add both keywords. That's why I added the keyword from the dawnguard and had to add Skyforge stuff manually. I can make one that does the opposite for people with Skyforge mods, though.

It is possible. I created multiple crafting keywords for specific forges so that I could hunt for items. I later created a dungeon called Dagon's Forge at which point I placed all the keywords into that one forge. It works without any problems that I have seen. This is how they have the Skyforge set up anyway, it has both keywords CraftingBlackSmithForge and CraftingBlackSmithingSkyforge in it.

An alternate way to place things without creating new forges would be under Match Conditions in the crafting recipe, setting it to GetInCurrentLoc, and selecting a place such as SolitudeLocation. That item would only appear at forges in Solitude hold. Or you could get more specific and it would only show up in that particular cell at that particular forge.

You may already be aware of all of this. Sorry, I recently figured them out and wanted to help.

I'm sorry, I'm fairly new to modding and don't fully understand a lot of the CK yet. I know that it is possible to make new keywords and inside of a forge object and to then have those keywords attached to items that can be forged there, but that would only affect the specific items that were attached to the new keyword, which would still leave modded Skyforge items unable to work on normal forges. I need to get a vanilla keyword onto a vanilla item, and it won't let me. The only way I know of that allows you to place existing keywords on an existing object is to go to the keyword section of another object, right click and "copy stack", then "paste stack" on the object that you're changing. Unfortunately, when you "paste stack", you remove any keywords that were there before. This makes it impossible to have two vanilla keywords on the same object unless those keywords were both on one object before (If they were already together, you could move them both to another object. eg. both "CraftingBlacksmithForge" and "CraftingBlacksmithSkyforge" are on the skyforge, so when I use "copy stack" on it, I get both of the keywords on my clipboard together.)

I'm not following. If you placed the vanilla keyword CraftingSmithingSkyforge into the vanilla CraftingBlackSmithForge, then everything for the Skyforge, including mods that other people create, will be linked to all forges because it would essentially make all forges Skyforges. As long as it is last in the load order of things that edit the furniture Forge. It wouldn't overwrite anything IN the Skyforge, it would just tell the system where it can be accessed.

"I need to get a vanilla keyword onto a vanilla item, and it won't let me. Are you talking about, for example, putting the ArmorMaterialBlades keyword onto a different kind of armor? If so, you would simply right-click in the keyword box of the armor that your trying to edit and selecting *[ADD] then typing [blades] and finally just double clicking ArmorMaterialBlades.

I just reread your comment again, and I think your error is in copying stack. If you go the *add route you will only be selecting the one thing you want. But I'm still not sure why you would need to be placing keywords on specific items for the forges. If you just open the [Furniture] CraftingBlackSmithForge and CraftingBlackSmithAnvil then you can just place the CraftingSmithingSkyforge into those and everything from the Skyforge will be able to be crafted at any forge. If you wanted it to be craftable at the Dawnguard forge and/or the Solsteim forges then you would have to drop the Skyforge keyword into their respective furniture forges as well since they have specific forges created for them. There is also the forge in the Midden under the College of Winterhold that has an entirely different setup that I recently figured out.

Am I following what you are saying?

Finally figured out what you are saying. As I said, use *add instead of copy stack when you are in CraftingBlackSmithForge and CraftingBlackSmithAnvil and just type Skyforge, then double click the word. Or you could go to [Keywords] in the main window listed under [Miscellaneous] and then drag and drop the keyword CraftingSmithingSkyforge into the forge and anvil.

I think that was the problem isn't it?

Okay....sorry about the confusion. Apparently I am just royally stupid. I get it now, and will upload the new version with both keywords when I'm done typing this. I don't know why I didn't see "add" when I right clicked in the keyword section, but I was able to add both keywords to it now, so I think I must have just overlooked it. Thank you for being patient with me. I appreciate it.

Don't put yourself down, I did the copy stack as well at first. We all start somewhere and I'm still learning things.

My greatest teacher has been opening mods from the nexus and figuring out how others did things. I still haven't stuck my toes in the waters of Papyrus. I also recommend watching the Creation Kit Tutorials - episode * on Youtube. There are a couple of errors, but the guy was figuring it out as he went and Creation Kit was brand new at the time so he had no training videos for help. I think there are only twelve videos of his, but he does a decent job of telling exactly how things are done and not skipping things that are thought to be generally known. That was part of my problem, I couldn't understand your question because it had become second nature to me and I'd overlooked it.

Anyway, good luck and have fun.
