If you could provide an optional version, that removes the "decorative, non-interactable display shelves just inside the room" that interfere with the AoM Fountains.
Though yes, I read your description and you did state that the AoM Fountains are accessible, still... I think it would be perfect if there was nothing there at all to interfere with the AoM Fountains... as I have been waiting, and waiting for a looong time for a Archmage Quarters redesign that did not interfere with those fountains and I find it hard to believe that anyone playing an Archmage wouldn't want both AoM and a revamped Archmage Quarters, that worked flawlessly together! Because to be perfectly honest, I just dont think a straight Magic User is at all possible in Skyrim without AoM... cause magic users are so under powered compared to Melee fighters and Archers. My god, my Archer takes down dragons with a single shot using a fully upgraded bow, daedric arrows and full archery perks!
I've yet to see a vanilla Mage with full magic perks beat that; but throw in AoM and they have a fighting chance... give them AoM, WITH a revamped Archmage Quarters that is more befitting their status and position, and life shall be bliss!
Well, those are just my opinions...
For now; and though I don't really need General Stores... I am going to try this with the interfering shelves; because damnit.. MY, Archmage believes herself to be a divine goddess and so she deserves that hot tub!
Honestly I haven't used AoM in a long time and really just used it for cosmetic things. But yeah you're right. Give me some time and I should have a patch up later today!
I did, download and try it out earlier today though... and took a picture of the current set up with the AoM Fountains, to show others that while yes, there is some interference with the shelves and lamp that is there; but that the AoM Fountains ARE still accessible.
Now here is a thought, how about a couple smaller sized shelves, as I know Skyrim has a few... but have them mounted on the walls, above the Fountains though still within reach; with maybe a wall mounted torch between them? That way some of the shelf decor can still be there, and the walls will not look so, bare.
That's a good thought and perhaps I will, though I can't give an ETA as I could before. I'll have some time over the weekend so we'll see if I can come up with something
Take your time; and again thank you for responding.
I'll use the current one for now, though maybe when the slight change is ready, release it as an optional file or something... so people can chose between the two and use the one they like best.
Even if i'm not using general storage i got to say it looks amazing, lots of love was put into it for sure. Thanks for sharing The central bath area is so perfect.

For it to be the case, start from that mod would have been required given changes made ?
Guess making the edits to add the changes will/is added to my todo list of edits as to next play.
To be seen.
