It is my understanding that right now if you try to change an NPC's appearance simply by exporting textures or mesh, that there is a color mismatch between body and face. So people changing the appearance of an NPC have to create an ESP to do so (which probably saves everything about the NPC). Your best bet is to decide which mod is easier to do, and then modify the other one to do that. I picked up the Creation Kit this week and within an hour was altering existnig mods of mine to my own "flavor". Just folow guides and you'll have Mjoll how you like her in no time.
I haven't received a response from the mod author, and I can't figure it out on my own. I've done some experimenting, and found that my esp (created using Skyrim NPC editor) overrides everything else affecting the npc. So in short, can't use ANY mods that change an npc if you want to use this mod.
I'll try looking into a different way to change her abilities, but for now that's all I got. Sorry. :/
I don't know why they would be conflicting. Like you said, my mod doesn't change her apperance. But, I did send a message to the creator of Mjoll-Facelift regarding this, and hopefully we can get something worked out. I'll keep you updated.
Ok, I went ahead and uploaded another file that does that. Same as the first, just different stance. Just disable the old one and use the new one instead.

when I'm using this mod, the Mjoll-Facelift doesn't work for me,
any way to get both mods compatible?
Thanks in advance
I know your mod shouldn't change the appearance, but if I deactivate it, everything's fine
