Please take the warning OFF of your description. It is simply untrue. I have 140+ mods at any given time and have used this mod for years without issues of any kinds. Players most of the time have no idea what causes their CTDs and love to throw the blame all over the place.
I run Skyrim with a few addon perk packs and after enabling/disabling them all, this one was the culprit for my CTDs . With this mod running I can't even get past the loading screen, even if I disable everything else that affects perks/magic/combat/stealth.
wow, apparently this isn't the only mod that makes me crash out of the blue since today :O looks like I have to spend another 2 hours for find other mods causing the crash, could it be a hidden update on skyrim that changed stuff? dunno...
i had this mod for a while, only today it started to crash my game as i launch it... took me 2 hours to figure out wich mod out of the 50+ i have was the problem

Hmm.. It might be a bad keyword.. Gonna recheck the ESP soon. If some more people could test/check out what is going wrong I'd be happy to get their results.
Checking this mod in SkyEdit shows it only alters the perks, and I have no other mod that alters those same perks, so I doubt it is a conflict. Despite that I played around a little with the load order and well, this is a bit odd. When loaded straight after the esms (first) it crashed 5/5 times for me. When loaded last in the load order it crashed 0/5 times for me. When loaded in the middle of the load order it crashed 3/5 times for me.
This gives us a very conclusive result, which is, what the hell? I suspect this is the work of goblins, but I ask other users to check if they see any difference in load orders.

This mod works perfectly as advertised.
I'm aware people have problems loading the game or even ctd with this enabled.
I'd advise not to use this till I find the time to recreate it.
