I always wondered why Skyrim had the quills, ink wells, and paper rolls, but no real use for them within the game. This would be awesome for crafting scrolls, with soul gems to determine the power of the scroll and to do the actual enchanting. Specific alchemical ingredient(s) could be necessary to create the necessary ink for the particular spell. This is a fantastic idea and could have been part of the game from the get go. Kudos to the author for what could be a fantastic new direction for crafting and making the game even more fun to play!!!
the creation of scrolls from the three mentioned ingredients was already done in Skyrim Redone (perhaps also in PerMa, I don't know), see http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9286) There's even a patch for Apocalyps spells. There's a good chance that it would combine well with the present mod. the concoction of magical inks for the purpose of creating scrolls was implemented in Inscription (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/63633). Not sure you'd like all aspects of the mod, but who knows.
What would be fantastic is if there was an animation for the writing and or if the player character would be able to write runes on the ground (for spells like fire rune) or if they could drop the written item on the ground and it would turn into one of the various runes.
