   Question - wont you still need all the smithing perks unlocked to craft whatever you want with the supplies?
   
   Consider adding a version of this mod that unlocks all smithing perks with the same command.

      It's a good idea but it would mean having lots of files for everyone's different tastes as it uses batch files and you can only run one batch file for each command you use. I made seperate mods for adding perks, smithing materials, potions, shouts and spells. This keeps it as simple as possible but gives everyone the ability to modify the files according to their needs. Tbh I'm surprised nobody has done this before. There might be other mods out there that suit your needs though.
