This is nice, but can you also fix the problem with SPERG's pets? If I recall correctly, it doesn't apply adjustments on save game load, which is a big oversight.
Nice perk tweaks! Another little patch you might want to include with this, the Bash Locks perk actually requires pickpocketing skill, instead of lockpicking. I've always gone into TES5edit and fixed it.
I don't suppose you can list what each of the hard core differences are in a text document / read me? That way users can see the base line side by side with the hard core without having to de/activate and boot multiple times.
Great!! Can you also change 50% cooldown shout perk, to 15-30%? Reason being, if you have other interesting mods with quests that affect shout cooldown+amulet of talos, you get too easy to max cd reduction, nad making other abilites worthlesss, since you can just spam shous all the time pleaseeeee!
