I have CASM installed and it is sortof working.. However I think something is wrong with it. When I hit F4 (force a save) I see no text popup but I do see a brief 'pause' in the scene. If I then go look in the Load menu, there is no new save in there. I tried re-binding F4 just in case but that didn't help. I also verified SkyUI etc are not using F4 for anything.
I do see "AutoSaving" text every 5 minutes when it saves (along with the ~2 second freeze) and those files do seem to be created.
Same issue here, quicksave file doesn't appear in the "save" or "load" menu, and none of the existing saves have been overwritten, despite experiencing a brief stutter in the game as if it were saving. Tried to manual save, resulted in ctd.
I'm really tired of spending all this time exploring the wilderness, only to be quickly mauled by a bear and sent back in time to the last instance of an autosave -_-
Thanks Kraag, I think that's what my issue was with F4 not saving and it was driving me nuts. I never had that problem til after I started using an ENB. I changed my manual save key to F6 and it works fine now.
I have weird problem. when I try to sleep or wait I crash to the desk top with your mod. When I removed your mod the problem was over. Maybe a conflicted with a another mod But I cant seem to find any solution for it.
I mean this does work and all, but after using it my game will crash whenever I try to load my Manuel saves, effectively forcing me to use only the saves this makes, which I find odd. Also, my game was crashing alot more often after installing this, so you might wanna look into that, because idk if that was just a specific problem with me or if others have it as well. Overall though this does work great.
Does this thing crash like the auto-save manager mod? It worked fine until about 40 hours in and started causing TONS of crashes.. And uninstalling it didnt help since the scripts for it kept firing... So i had to make a new game.. :l

So does this mod work? I know the other autosave manager has crashing issues and I'm seeing some posts say that this does as well. I know the Fallout versions are excellent.(used them many times

When save #5 is done the next will be save #1, old save file will be overwritten.
Open Windows Explorer and have a look on the save game files, you'll see when they've been created.
BTW I've managed to decompile the scripts and altered the MCMscript so now I can have up to 9000 save instead of only 20...

With this mod I can save as much as I want. :)
