Reanimate Thrall single handed spell sold at these locations. Basically the same as Dread Thrall but without the two handed spell.
Phinis Gestor (Conjuration) -- College of Winterhold
Talvas Fathryon -- Tel Mithryn , Solsteim if you have Dragonborn DLC.

Slow Time Ring
Slows time to a crawl when worn. good for hotkeying during battles.
On Body of Gunjar at beginning of game

Changed Twin Souls Perk name to More Souls Perk with 10 tiers to allow up to 10 reanimate bodies.
Also can reanimate all dead actors regardless of type of actor. Does not work on dragons yet.
Reanimated Actors no longer turn to ash when they die now allowing continued reanimation.

Advanced Armors Perk added 8 new perk tiers to allow up to 10x better tempered Armors and now Weapons are
Tempered higher as well.

Extra pockets Perk add 8 new perk tiers to allo up to 50000 carryweight through normal play without console commands

Runemaster Perk add 8 new perk tiers to allow up to 10 times farther Runes and now certain tiers adds more runes you can place

Tier 1 - can cast 2 runes
Tier 3 - can cast 4 runes
Tier 5 - can cast 9 runes
Tier 8 - can cast 13 runes
Tier 9 - can cast 25 runes

Extra Effect Perk add 8 new perk tiers to allow up to 10 enchantments when you enchant an item.

Now all Enchantments can be placed on any item.
