Excellent idea. However, I'd like to see the mechanical description of the disease left intact. I'll work on a version with that shortly, since the author seems to be inactive.
That mechanical information makes your mod inaccurate with Diseased, problem that not occurs in general with mods like Lore Disease Descriptions, that adds an immersive first person narrative and is more recent.
This is a great mod!... a perfect addition to the GEMS index.

chad: Don't know if you've contracted it yet, but sanguinaire vampiris in Skyrim follows similar lines. A few days (three, I think) after you initially contract the disease, you receive a message saying that your thirst increases as the sun goes down. At this point it can still be cured with a Cure Disease potion, but if it progresses to full vampirism you're either stuck with it or have some work to do for a cure.
At one point or another, my characters have gotten Rockjoint, Ataxia -- a couple times, Witbane, *and* Sanguinaire Vampiris. Skyrim is a very unclean place.

If you could ADD the descriptions while retaining the info about exactly how many points of the debuff is inflicted, this would be a must-have for any roleplayer, and a definite endorse from me. As is, still a nice touch, hope to see every disease get this "treatment". (sorry couldn't resist)
