Thanks for this mod. It seems to be the only one for this particular building. I wish you could repair the exterior shack and also give it a few more chairs and a bedroll. That way, my NPCs wouldn't need to read wrestle the visiting merchant for a chair!
Anyway, I've spawned a guard and a blacksmith (who sells things and sometimes uses the anvil, I think) outside the building, and a mercenary merchant and thief inside. The whole shack gives me an illicit "moonshine/smugglers' shack" vibe.
