I love this mod! The Whiterun path is so lovely and is less distracting than the one that comes with 'Whiterun Stone Path and Market Stall Re-Texture'. I was looking for a floor replacement to complement that mod and this one is exactly what I was looking for. The grass meshes are beautiful. And they look so real. However, the borders along the stone was not done. Examples of what I am talking about can be seen in the images I posted. I overwrote the 2D meshes (the 3D ones look like a patchy mess when used together with this mod) that come with 'Ruffled Feather' with these ones but the ones along the walls still show. Which is a shame because they are not as lovely as yours. Not as green or as yellow.
Are there any plans to do these meshes in the future?
And while I am here, I cannot seem to find a mod that replaces the smugly stone textures that border the path or the stone steps like the ones leading up to Breezehome. The stone borders can be seen in the market shots I took. Would you be willing to do a texture for those too? If not, do you know of a mod that does revamp the path border or the steps? Because they look so depressing next to the beautiful path and grass.
EDIT: Found a temporary solution (an update would still be great because I'm having to use an extra mod slot) to the missing grass textures. Your grass looks incredible next to 'New Grass for Whiterun'. Almost seamless. Now just need to get a solution for the smugly stone border and steps....
thanks for your time, i will check that texture and see if i can update the file as i have uploaded it to the SE page too, i tell you thou that it can take a lot of time, but it is in my to do list now.
(the reason i didnt do the aditional textures as i commented is because all textures are mixed one to each other and if i do the grass i will have to do the stones, then the wall and repeat untill i end up redoing all city, when i only wanted to do the stonefloor.)

i really wonder why they do textures like that, half something mixed half other thing, like a domino. i wanted to do only the floor, but the grass was kind of a bundle, now you see, the stonewall too xd.
Yeah, their modelling methods definitely are quite bizarre at times. XD Anyway, no problem, good luck on your exams, I completely understand that they take priority. Whenever you get around to updating it is fine by me
Gotta have a look at this - looks good. I'll have a look at it in Solitude as well, and then decide where it looks better. Thanks for sharing and keep making textures, you've got talent.
Edit: I have checked this floor texture in Solitude as well Whiterun, and it blends perfectly with the textures I use in Solitude (I uploaded some screens so you can see what I mean). I know this is not what you intended, but thank you for helping me complete my personal texture overhaul of Solitude.
I downloaded manually, of course, and Nexus is not recognizing this fact, therefore not allowing me to endorse, so I'll download it again via NMM and see if that will work.
That roof texture is from EWI's Whiterun, but I'm afraid he has taken all of his mods down. I can't find anything by him on the Nexus anymore. I still have all of his files saved though... along with almost every other texture/overhaul, ever released on this site... Would it be unscrupulous for me to privately share it with you? I could perhaps e-mail you compressed file's for that particular texture. I'm just not sure if that's OK within the community or not.
Oh, and downloading with NMM allowed me to endorse finally.
With the new ENB series feature called "terrain parallax" you can add parallax without p.dds file + parallax mesh (I'm guessing you are missing the last one in your setup). This works only for ground retextures and with ENB series 0.265+. To be honest I would prefer all new mods to come with this tweak, since you can't use non enb parallax textures with terrain parallax turned on.
I'm 85% sure Whiterun walkway and grass counts as terrain. Can't check it atm, since I'm in the middle of replacing my gpu.

thank you for the coments/info, i`ll make a yellow version and update/improve the mod soon, for now i am reading lot tutorials to learn the right formats, compressions, etc so i will correct and improve the textures all at once. (they work perfectly fine now though, im talking about making them better xd)
NobleSkyrimMod HD (HD Doors anyone?) + Tamriel Reloaded HD takes care of most of the Solitude textures. I have swapped around some parallax textures for interior stonework. Still I had a lot of problems with walkway + matching moss (it's faraway from perfect). The ideal one in my opinion should look something like this:
I guess not many modders want to deal with it due to annoying mesh placement. We would need something like Elianoras Atrocious Riften Texture Transition Fix .esp file, but for other towns.

in fact i tried to add parallax there is a file _p.dds , but i think it doesnt work so i did not mention it. im new to texture creations.
will be my next step in the learning progress. any help is welcome.
