This is a multiple adoption friendly playerhome near Pelagia Farm and Whiterun Stables. 
Features inside: cooking, master bed, oven, all nine shrines, alchemy table, enchanter, six child beds and some containers.
Features outside: all smithing stuff, woodchopping box, grain mill, apiary, some containers, two chicken nests, two chickens, two cows and a garden (you can't plant unfortunately). Apiary is not safe storage. If some other mod occupies the place next to Pelagia Farm then that mod most possibly isn't compatible with mine. The decorations are static, the house is fully navmeshed.  Requires Hearthfire DLC.

Version2: added four weapon plaques to the farm and some pictures about it's location. 
Version3: added a christmas tree downstairs (deleted one of the dummies, the kids only use only one anyway), the ornaments are initially disabled, and can be toggled on and off any time by activating the planter, I left the garden intact, but I did add a new planter outside by the door with 5 plantable soils, and now you can sit on the sides of the master bed.
