I don't know why Imperial-themed player homes are so hard to find for Skyrim. Thanks for this!

edit: the two weapon plaques on the bottom level are messed up. They'll swallow your weapon, and you have to use tcl to retrieve them.

Any chance of having this ported? Would be a great addition to SSE! Thanks in advance hopefully

If you need to port the mod then just download it and then add it to your Load List in SSE then use BAE to extract the meshes and textures into a separate folder. Then use SSE NIF Optimizer and run the ESP in Creation Kit to convert it into form 44 and then it will work

This mod is so cool and simple, you should really consider adding it to Skyrim SE.
Especially for people RPing as Penitus Oculatus, having a home near Solitude and Dragon Bridge where you can bunk up is pretty sweet.

    Looks great!

cAN YOU add a quest to add immersive meaning to this base? Surely imperiels would occupy it, and use it to their own advantage vs stormcloaks.
Maybe to get it , after you done the civil war, or if you dont take part in it, it could be getting smuggled papers of ownership from some thief for certain price. Once you go there to claim it, there are imperials inside ,and you show them papers, they say this is lie, you kill the commander who owns it (with bunch of other imperial clones), and then you have to catch kill one of the imperial scouts, who went from tower asada to solitude to report to Tullius about this act. You have to stop him, before he tells about fake ownership papers... and with the last witness killed, it remains yours forever

Cool ideas! Unfortunately I'm not knowledgeable of quest making at all. I'm intending to learn though, and when I do, I might just make a quest to go along with this! Thanks for the suggestion!

I think you should only be able to get the home if you are a true Imperial hero. It would be very cool if General Tullius gives you the key to it after completing the civil war quest line if you fought for the Imperials as a final reward and thank-you. Perhaps he would present you with the key to it in The Imperial Legion HQ in Solitude if you speak to him after the civil war quest line is completed providing you fought for the Imperials?

A cool backstory would be that the previous home owner was a loyal Imperial and close friend of General Tullius that was ambushed by a group of Stormcloaks and Thalmor working together against The Empire. General Tullius has thus inherited the home from his dear friend and has been trying to decide what to do with it ever since, because General Tullius does not need it. However, after much thought he has decided that, other than General Tullius himself, his dear friend would have wanted a true Imperial hero to have the home. Having fought with The Imperial Legion against The Stormcloak Rebellion and being a true Imperial hero it seems fitting that you inherit the home as a final reward and thank-you for defeating The Stormcloaks. General Tullius's only wishes are that you forever honour the memory of the previous home owner and may the home inspire you to one day defeat The Thalmor as well. He also asks that you forever honour the legacy of The Imperial Legion and The Empire! Lastly, General Tullius expresses, "May Talos guide you!".
