No, I'm pretty sure it's meant for roleplaying in that say if you kill a member of a family or whatever, you can RP that you left a calling card stating that you were there. It doesn't allow two different races.
and this friends, is why I want a DnD group-based (not mmo) Elder Scrolls. So I can just make someone to go up and hand this to a player and they will know exactly what it means.
This could be expanded on to be put into the inventory of random encounter assassins and stuff. Like they were gonna put that card on your body if they were successful.
