If you've packaged it correctly (the ESP and any assets are directly inside of the .zip you uploaded, rather than in another folder inside of the .zip), it should work fine with the Manager.

  There are no subfolders in the .zip file, besides the shadycabin.esp folder, which is how it's supposed to come.
