      Sorry for the long reply buddy, Just place it in your Data folder that's it, then in the game open the console and type "bat [Filename]" I forgot the file name, but its in the description. You probably got it by now, but just so you know.

      What do you expect? This does not require any other mods so it's obvious it is not going to cover mod-added perks.

   I was going to write something myself so I can test my various armour/weapon/clothing mod merges, adding recipes and tempering to certain items that don't currently have it and check that when crafting everything still works. You've saved me some time here.Many thanks.
