Hello! Since permission to convert was granted as long as you were given credit as the original creator, it's been made available for SkyrimSE here on the Nexus.

An absolutely fantastic mod. It also forced me to not use popular city overhauls (except for texture replacers) and surprisingly I realized that I haven't lost anything important (even gained with better performance, mod compatibility and more stable game). So - thanks a lot, endorsed.
Very Interesting! I am sick and tired of finding that as I get to a higher level suddenly my game locks up when I try to enter one of my houses. Usually it is whichever basic one that has had a mod makeover and has all my ill gotten goods in it. This would certainly cure that lol.
UPDATE! This mod is excellent. Well planned and gives me everything I need without a house. Indeed think of it as having a few houses without walls. Plus anything you store in one is available in all of them. Can't even begin to tell you how chuffed I am with this mod or how well it works. Yes I have taken a proper house in Whiterun and Solitude but apart from telling my followers to rest there I am using this mods areas more and more as evrything you need is there and so much better than the normal house, especially the basic game ones and even my upgraded one in Whiterun. To anyone reading this I say, do try this mod it is brilliant. To speash thank you for a mod that works so well and has finally cured my can't get into a normal house problem.
Well thank you for your kind words! I don't think i cured your problem though, sounds more like a workaround for a problem still there but if it works it works right?
I think i will, at least for DB. DG doesn't have it's own city so i don't see where i should add it. Atm i'm working on something else but I'll probably do a Raven Rock one right after.
Agreed. I would never install something like this on my first or second run. I think vanilla skyrim is more then dumbed down enough from a rp point of view.
Being in my 10th run or so though i guess i don't mind a little convenience... I still love the dungeons, exploration, gathering materials and overall look and feel of skyrim, i just don't feel like spending half an hour to get an actual sword made anymore. Especially since due to the amount of installed mods my load doors can take ages.
I actually really like this idea. Sure it may not be lore friendly, but damn it's convenient.
Do you think you would be able to add the ability for followers to sell wares from the 'open house'? Would give the feel of working and living in an elaborate market home ^^
At the moment I'm not able to do very much as this is my first try at modding and I'm learning on the go. Also I'm afraid i don't really understand what you mean by followers selling wares? You mean your followers actually becoming merchants? Or adding merchants to the houses? That would really crowd the place too much as we have guards walking in and out already.
I was thinking something similar to this -> http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35305/? and this -> https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=116775764
Ok now i see. Unfortunately i really wouldn't know how to do that at this point. Also i think there would be no potential customers as the interiors are not in very crowded places...
Loved this idea so if you, say, drop off your ingots in Whiterun you can also pick them up in Solitude, Riften, Windhelm and Markarth. There's 17 designated containers and also 9 extra you can use at will. and lols at Stolen Goods (just shove them under the bed. Trust me. No one will look there.) I was going to say, lols at clutter shoved under then bed, outta sight, outta mind ;P Kudos to you, just one question tho, I use Dawn Of series, all in one mod, so I'm wondering if anyone has tried using this with that ?

Enjoy the mod and the high levels.
The idea... Too unrealistic?
I think it suits players who aim for a conviction house and don't care for RP. These are quite lovely.

Kudos for leaving the guy who talks to much completely speechless.
