can you make a smaller version for Bigger Better Sun by skyrimaguas that mod make this sunglare effect cover the entire screen making it really distracting to play with it I would be most thankful if you did.
There are a lot of awesome sunglare textures on nexus but this one is easily one of the most original. I've never thought about adding bokeh and dirt lens effect to sunglare textures, I've always tried the ENB's lens thingy. Well done! I hope this gets more recognition since it really deserves it.

ICBINE adds from 0 to 4 fps, i understand why you'd want to stay at the lowest possible because i do as-well, but at the same time, i use a bunch of other mods that helps me greatly with FPS.
The effect icbine (i am using and loving too) is not what this gives you! Since this just tries to give you this kind of nextgen light effect from the sun effect, icbine is completely revamping the colors making it look much better. Using these two together, it looks quite amazing too!

It just replaces the sun glare, so it might be fine
