Adds Useful Area just outside Whiterun city gate.

Whiterun Alcove

Thanks for the great video Thyworm!!
The Whiterun City Gate:
Just outside the whiterun city gate lies an empty, unused room beneath the stairs to the left of the gate.
I've always wondered why this was here, and more so, why nobody used it for anything, not even crate storage.
After checking it out in CK, I realized that I was right, it's totally unused except for a soldier spawn during the Civil War.
It's a shame that such prime locations such as this go unused, or used in terrible ways.. So I fixed it up for free, using CK =)

The "Alcove", shown in images above, is a new "player home-type" addition to the game.  You will find nearly everything you need there, including all the crafting necessities (no smelter), several alchemical ingredient spawns, several useful potions, a bedroll for those who need to rest, a cooking pot for whatever you may need it for, 2 storage containers (barrel and strongbox), and a few starter items for new characters.
So this is an incredibly useful mod for anyone starting a new game, and still pretty useful for any who are already leveled up.

Prime location at Whiterun, and a suitable base of operations in the Whiterun area without having to do the main quest, or purchase Breezehome from the jarl.  Fully furnished with every need in mind and it even looks like a nice comfy place to rest and study.
I've also added the necessary ingredients for my own primary potions:

Restore Health
Cure Disease
Fortify Smithing
Fortify Enchanting
** All of these respawn over time **

I've redone the Whiterun Alcove to meet with a few more of the basic needs of a new character, as well as add some features that I wanted to add to the original.
First, the alcove has been slightly redone, to accomodate the new additions.  New navmesh, to prevent npcs and followers from getting stuck on things inside, added some new alchemical ingredients that respawn, added a new custome recipe book for basic needs potions, added a smelter and chopping block just across from the alcove in the other (strangely vacant) area, and finally I added a trapdoor leading to the Alcove Basement.

If you had the original, you'll notice several new changes to the alcove itself.. the reason for this is that I wanted to add new ingredients, and a bit more equipment to the place, but was unable to fit it all in such a small area, located in just a heavily populated area.  To make it work, I added the trapdoor to another area, which will serve several functions, and free up some much needed space in the alcove itself.
The new additions to the alcove include ingredients to be gathered, which will respawn just like the others, a bit more equipment such as a dagger and pick axe, and a new recipe book.
I made the recipe book because as a new character, you don't know what effects all of the ingredients have, and for certain potions, you kind of need to either guess and fail a lot, or look it up outside of the game, which is the opposite of immersive, so the book provides some essential recipes for a beginner. You can find it on the alchemy table.

The basement (seen in images) is the new area accessed through the new trapdoor under the enchanting table.  The area has a fair amount of essential equipment, more ingredients, some spell tomes and weapons.  I've also added 2 shooting ranges inside the basement, one with typical targets, and another with signs that move when you hit them. ( I always liked shooting swinging signs lol).  There are rugs and 2 wooden plates on the floor, which will provide consistency in your firing distances, and center you along the ranges.
You'll also find a small sitting area for resting your weary followers, and a small barrel on the shelf for any storage needs you may have.  The alcove has 2 storage containers, but I find that I usualy use at least 3, so I included one more just in case players need it.

Finally, I wanted to ensure to keep the "idea" behind the alcove in tact, so the baiscs are still outside, crafting needs and bedroll, etc.. but for those occasions when you need an interior space for target practice or magic training, now it's there for you.  This is now a fully functional base of operations for a new player, and can definately serve it's intended purpose throughout your entire play through.

As always, enjoy the mod, endorse if you like, and tell your friends
post some screenshots if you take em =)
Thanks, Popy.
