Short guide on how to beat the bosses and solve the puzzles. Spoilers bellow:

Puzzle 1 - Piston Puzzle:
Head up the stairs to the right at the far side of the room. Read the journal of the dead cultist next to all the buttons. The journal holds clues to solving both puzzles.
To solve the piston puzzle, simply press all the odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) in any order. Each button can only be pressed once, and when all are pushed the puzzle will reset.

Puzzle 2 - Hidden wall puzzle
Read the journal you found in the previous room and you'll find the clue to solve it.
If you're still stuck, stand in front of the Centurion head and look at it. The Braziers will light up.
Then, simply move backwards until you're through a doorway. Remember to keep facing the Centurion head.

Fight 01
The two brothers are fairly easy to beat. Just kill them before they kill you. The mage brother teleports between the two ledges.

Fight 02 - Parraxx
Parraxx has 4000 hp and a 99% damage reduction spell. This means that everything you do to him will deal 1% of its original damage. Other than that, he's a pretty standard centurion.
Parraxx are surounded by 4 pedestals:

Fire Pedestal: Fires a ball of fire at the player, dealing 250 damage. This ignores Parraxx's resistance.

Frost Pedestal: Fires a lance of ice at the player, dealing 250 damage. This ignores Parraxx's resistance.

Illusion Pedestal: Fires a magic bolt towards Parraxx. The bolt greatly increases physical damage done and gives a massive boost to destruction and restoration spells. This lasts for 15 seconds. If this hits Parraxx, he will most likely one-shot you. Stand between Parrax and the pedestal to make sure it hits you instead.

Lightning Pedestal: Electrifies the water for 5 seconds. Don't stand in it.

A blue beam will indicate when a Pedestal is about to fire. For the fire and frost Pedestal, make sure that Parraxx is between you and the pedestal. For the illusion orb, make sure you are positioned between Parraxx and the pedestal. You want that orb to hit you. When the lightning pedestal is about to fire, get out of the water, as far away from Parraxx as possible.

Fight 03 - The Summoner

Phase 1:
The Summoner is protected by a barrier. He starts by summoning 4 Flame Atronachs, with a 15 second timer between each summon.

Phase 2:
Starts shortly after the last atronach has been summoned. The barrier comes down.
Flame Atronachs will now spawn every 40 seconds.
Bring his health down quickly, or risk being overrun.

Phase 3:
When The Summoner has roughly half of his health left, he turns invisible and summons 4 frost Atronachs.
His loyal cultists emerge from the shadows as well.

Phase 4:
Starts after 60 seconds or when all cultists are dead. Any cultist left alive is transformed into a Dremora Overlord.
Fires will gradually light up in the centre of the room. When alll are lit, a fiery explosion will detonate.
This happens every 30 seconds, or until The Summoner is dead.
Make sure you're behind cover once that happens.
