Is this not getting upgraded to be compatible with USLEEP? I'm guessing that the answer is no, sadly. Please do so! This seems like such a fun mod, and I don't want to have to use an inferior patch for it! Please throw us a bone, man!
Please re-compile this for compatibility with USLEEP, or at least remove the .esp requirement for the older outdated unofficial patches. Not saying re-design the mod to avoid the changes, but I think you can trust mod users to have their appropriate patches installed of some kind.
I doubt this is any kind of bug with the mod. It seems more like a game mechanic I can't put my finger on.
I have this mod and the unofficial patches, with this mod last. I started a brand new game. Freir is acting as a merchant. She has potions and recipies, but no amulets. I looked in her merchent chest, and it has the exact same potions and recipes, but the chest DOES contain the amulets.
I did try recycleactor, disable and enable, and I did try waiting elswhere for several days for her to restock.
So, even though the amulets are in her merchent chest, she's not offering them for sale.
I really (really) appreciate this mod. I was going to attempt a mod like this for my "priestly things" mod, but now I don't have to. So thank you very much!
I like the idea of this mod and agree the amulets should be more powerful, especially after you've proven your worth or are more valuable to them.
it would be nice to see varying affects on them as previously stated, but I don't think necessarily lore breaking.
One suggestion I would make... These amulets can be obtains early on in the game, while the other more powerful amulets you can acquire generally come later on in your play through and powerful enchanted amulets require you to become very good at enchanting. So to make the power of these amulets reasonable, is there a way to make their affects sale with level? Can you set the powers to be [Base Power] X [Level]%?What would make it even more interesting is if the amulet received an extra boost once you've completed that gods task. I'm not terribly knowledgeable about the pantheon, but let's say you complete the Dawnbreaker quest line and, in addition to being rewarded with Dawnbreaker, that god gives your amulet an added boost. I forget who it is you do the Dawnbreaker quest for...
Dawnbreaker questline is for Meridia, who is actually a Daedra. Though she might also be a fallen Aedra... but that's neither here nor there.
Mara has a related quest, as does Dibella and Kynareth. The former two already have too very powerful rewards, so it'd be tricky to not unbalance things further. Kynareth I guess has the tree quest in Whiterun, which as far as I can remember doesn't have much of anything for a reward. Nobody else has a direct divine main quest, though you may occasionally do radiant quests for priests of a god or goddess... or in the case of Taste of Death, rescuing the Priest of Arkay.
As far as a scaling reward goes, 15% bonus damage to vampires and daedra scales pretty nicely as one's prowess with a weapon increases, and a flat immunity to a spell as well as vampirism is nothing to sneeze at either.

Wait, no. Explosive bolts. No no no. Still, I'm adding this.
