      I would also like to know.
      Is this for the Purity Alternate Trees addon?
      Or the base version of purity?

   I had no idea Purity affected trees in such a way that you would need new billboards. Are these billboards still suggested to use for purity 2.0?

   Do I use this in addition to the vanilla Skyrim billboards available from the DynDOLOD page, or is just this one sufficient?

   Thanks for the Purity Billboards, you have done a great job. It seems that the Billboards from SFO 2.2 overwrite complete the Billboards from Purity.

      It totally can happen if you use both. I don't use SFO myself so can't confirm. Anyway If you place them all correctly and SFO' billboards make these here obsolete, then you don't need them of course.

      I've tested SFO Billboards with DynDOLOAD, the resolution is higher and it adds some more trees. The result is the texture folder is bigger and the meshes folder has the same size. You can use this or the other depends on your Vram and your taste.

   You mention loading this right after the vanilla billboards before running DynDoLod, but the video says to load billboards after the mod they represent (eg: SFO then SFO Billboards).
   
   Should I just follow the videos instructions instead?

      Of course. It's just they should go after vanilla billboards, and they definitely will if you do everything by the book.
