To install:
Extract the files to you skyrim/data folder (usually "Steam/steamapps/common/games/skyrim/data")

To use:
in the game, hit the tilde key (~) (the one next to the 1 key) and type:
bat (filename)
Only type one filename at a time ofcourse.

Banded Iron: bironf
Steel: steelf (with horned helmet = steelhhf)
Steel plate: steelpf
Scale: scalef
Dwarven: dwarvenf
Orcish: orcishf
Ebony: ebonyf
Daedric: daedricf
Dragonplate/scale: dragonplatef/-scalef
Glass: glassf
Elven: elvenf
Hide: hidef
