Very useful and different! Personally, I've always missed Waterwalking, as it was a favourite spell of mine from Morrowind. Your mod/tool brought back that same experience, kudos!
you can edit the bat file to put the waterwalking enchantment on any item you like and as many as you want. To do this get the # of the item you want to enchant by typing ~ help (item name) example help glass boots. Open the bat file rename the bat file to whatever you like I named mine water and saved it. To edit the bat file: replace the first set of #s with the #s of the item you want to enchant. Copy the entire line and paste it again directly below it for duplicates of the enchanted item or replace the first set of #s with the # of the different item you wish to enchant. Be sure to save the file in your data folder when it is to your liking then in game simply type ~ to open the console and then type bat water or whatever you named your saved bat file.
