Forever Free is a future proofing promise to the community that the particular mod will always be free to download regardless of any future opportunity's to monetize the mod.
And here I was hoping it was somehow a retexture of the wax seals you would see on important notes in-game, like ones received from a jarl and so forth. Oh well, still looks nice though.

Looks very nice. I *would* say we already won the paid mods war, but I'm a big believer in "the price of liberty is eternal vigilance". I'll be using this on the couple of mods I'm working on to remind Steam and Bethesda not to backslide.
