      I had to google what "psd" might be (I don't have Photoshop)
      No, I have no psd file. What for? The game uses the dds format.

       The house with the pink flowers is the Seashell Hotel in Colonia, it can be found in the Alpha release of "Azura's watch" by Antiscamp https://frontierskyrim.wordpress.com/2014/10/05/azuras-watch-alpha-02/
       It is built with Mr. Siika's Castle Seaview kit
