(a) INSTALLATION AND UNINSTALLATION (if you perfectly know how to install an .esp and lod files, just skip this chapter)

__Installation__
- Extract "DavideMitra's Modern House.esp" to Skyrim\Data
- Extract the "lodsettings" folder content to Skyrim\Data\lodsettings
- Extract the "textures" folder content ("AAHouse" and its subfolders) to Skyrim\Data\textures\terrain
- Extract the "meshes" folder content ("AAHouse" and its subfolders) to Skyrim\Data\meshes\terrain
PS: some folders could not exist (that might happen if you own an unmodded version of Skyrim)...in that case, simply create them ;)

__Uninstallation__
- Save your game in an unaltered cell/worldspace. A vanilla interior cell like an Inn should be perfect!
- Exit your game and delete each of my files you previously installed.
- Open Skyrim again and load the savegame you just created some minutes ago.
- Wait/sleep for some days. Now you can go outside :)


(b) THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE PLAYING THIS MODIFICATION

- As I already wrote in the internet, in order to reach the safehouse you must find an underground building between Riverwood and Whiterun (you can't
miss it: I placed an already-discovered map marker). Once there, you must find a way to reactivate the teleport portal (unmarked quest).

- Before entering/exiting the manor, always interact with one of the entrance doors (I'm talking about the door that is called "HOUSE FIXER"). It will
fix some important things like glass collision. Also, it will switch the exterior/interior ambient sound.

- Should you have questions, please check the large library. Inside of it, you will find some books that will explain you almost everything!

- "Do I really have to find the Element 111 before gaining access to the modern Era??" Absolutely not. However, my suggestion is to retrieve the
artifact, because otherwise there wouldn't be some action and some fun.
So...if you want to go to the house immediately, just go to the teleport room. You will find something locked that requires the Element 111. Simply
unlock it with the help of the Console, then push the lever you will find inside of the panel. Cheers!
