Version 1.1.2 for Lakeview Basement is available, with active display cases. Before doing the same to Heljarchen basement, I will wait for feedback for Lakeview one.
Help!!! I've no other upgraded rooms beside Mage room. Vanilla main room with "The Nine" statue base and armory are present. I was far away from Heljarchen hall before installing as advised. Upon returning in cellar, everything is okay in vanilla main cellar enter/exit room and its adjoining armory room but there are no other rooms apart from the mage room. There is no open entryway into any other room. Please help!!!
Solved: There was a conflict with Hearthfire Extended mod, did as it's author suggested to let other cellar mods to modify and VOILA.. got fully upgraded Heljarchen cellar as described.
So perhaps i am blind or an idiot or both, but i dont see any notes or posts about porting this mod collection to the special edition. These would not only be the best hearthfire cellar mods, but perhaps the ONLY hearthfire cellar mods. Help us Ro84, ur our only hope.
Love this and the Windstad version. A little claustrophobic, but great otherwise! I'll be adding the Lakeview one once I decide on some other Lakeview Mods first. Gotta make sure it'll be compatible.
Great mod for those who wish to have extra rooms down in the cellar of your hall. The mod has done a great job in placing it all done once you build your cellar first up in the HF hall home package, no more building needed after that for this mod which, for some of us can use this mod to Deco the rooms to your needs with ease no more costs DYI happy times for those who want more or less kudo to you Ro84 for making this mod PS, if you wondering you do keep your smithing and all HF cellar rooms , this is a bonus , rooms that can , house two more people or more ?
I really really like this mod, however I have a mod that fixes the Hearthfire display cases so I can actually use them. The display cases in the mod are just the plain regular display cases... you drop an item in annnnd it falls out when the basement loads or something...
I REALLY love the basement. I wish the display cases weren't there :-(
You're awesome. Question, if you add it, will I have to remove everything from the house to reinstall the new one???
I decided to leave your basement mod in... it doesn't effect my game where my house is already built and I need it in my recent character's house. It really is a brilliant mod, and I appreciate your work.
Your basement mod makes a house in Skyrim exactly what I've wanted. It's not gigantic in a weird location, with 35 mannequins, 6 loading screen doors, etc. It's a cozy house that actually can have, everything now
Well, I have a problem with this mod. Armors do not stay on the models but are found in the models if I'm not going to Heljarchen for a little while. How to fix that stp ? Thank you.
Hi, unfortunately, this is a vanilla bug. Any mannequin added by any mod will unwear their armors. The respawning time should be 10 ingame days. The only way to prevent this bug is to set the interior to "not respawning". But this will prevent resources (garlics, ale barrels...) to respawn their resources.
Ro84, thank you for your explanation. I keep it in play because I always find it excellent. You have talent ! With "Heljarchen Estate Upgraded", I love this manor now.
I have a better idea. Why not have actual armories? Many of these rooms were not needed. There are alchemy and library options already available. Instead of adding those areas, what this house needed was a barracks and armory. I have 5 followers, and I like to collect armor and weapons. I would love it if you made this in a 2nd option without about 6 to 8 beds, and if at all possible, can the beds be assigned? Then add nothing but armor, shield and weapon racks and displays. Whatever allows for the most stuff. Also, good lighting at the weapons would be good because I find the lighting to be dull, even with ELFX and ICBINE 3. I wish the weapons really stood out against the background. Anyway, by doing this, you can set it to "not respawning".No need for garlics, etc.. to respawn.
Anyway, that's what I have wanted is a place to serve as a good home base for my followers and herd. I use immersive horses with the mod for that. That is another thing that bothers me. No real stable for a herd, and no corral for them.
BTW, I have 2 player mod homes so far. Whiterun Manor, and The Eagle's Nest. I have several armors on Mannequins, but they don't unwear them, they move around, as if alive. Every time I come back, they are posed differently, and if not wearing full suits, they move around the area. One was all the way to the ceiling in that tall foyer.
In addition, I wish Bethesda had made better mannequins. Their default pose really sucks, and they should also be able to hold one weapon. In other words, they should have been made to look like those suits of armor you see in castle museums. At attention with a shield and weapon.
Anyway, didn't mean to bust on ya. The mod is great. It's just that it seems everyone makes these mods for show, and nobody seems to think about having a place for multiple followers to sleep, and a place to showcase tons of weapons and armor.
I have been thinking about trying to learn how to use the CK, and make a simple barracks and armory that is follower friendly. Sure, you want the toys for the followers to use. Cooking pot, grinding wheel, etc... and a few tables and chairs for them to sit in, with maybe a mead barrel, but I don't think the basement needs any of that spawning stuff.
Maybe if I can learn it, I will play around with your mod, totally strip it down, and alter stuff. LOL Be a whole new mod. I think the main two rooms could be the barracks and cooking/eating area, and then all the other rooms would be the armory.
Hello, Thanks for the great mod, really useful! There is a way to make it work with HearthFires - Unique Display Room by Jayer117? I feel that these two mods are completing each other, but it seems that are not compatible...
Hi! For doing this, we have to contact the author of that mod: first of all, we need his approval. After that, we can work together to make a compatibility patch or, better, to merge the two mods. Since my basement has a strong and natural continuity with the vanilla one, we have to find a place to put the entrance of his display room.
Thanks for the reply! Well, AFAIK there is a problem of overlapping parts, so his mod modify the right space of the vanilla cellar - like yours. I don't know how to change it, i'm not a modder unfortunately. Mine is just a suggestion If you two can work together it would be a great asset! ( I literally browse the nexus for years to find a perfect home mod, just to find that with some modifications to HF vanilla houses they're perfect )

Mod seems incredible, however I'm having trouble getting into the new area. As a vampire I have a coffin and he got in the way

Really, this is the best hearthfire mod. And for my old PC, the best house mod out there. It's really the only one that has "everything"

I am a French and I do not speak English very well, sorry.
